Spencer Cramer founded ei3 in 1999 to pursue his passion for building highly reliable,secure, and efficient internet technologies for manufacturing. Under his direction, ei3 has become an award-winning global leader in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).His experience in establishing and managing technology companies for over 30 years is the driving force behind ei3. Spencer provides leadership and creative thinking for developing strategic plans, financing projects, licensing technology, and inspiring innovation. Spencer serves on the boards of PaceWorx, an energy assessment company, and OMAC, the Organization for Machine Automation and Control. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Spencer is a USCG licensed Captain and enjoys sailing with family and friends.
Emilian Axinia, M.Sc. Computer Engineering and Executive MBA, has accumulated over 25 years of experience in engineering and automation projects in the food and beverage industry. He led industrial projects for the global company Ecolab before managing his own company as a distributor of innovative automation technology in Romania. Since May 2007, Emilian Axinia has been part of COPA-DATA’s team in Salzburg, Austria. His focus as Industry Manager is to develop the business in the Food & Beverage industry by addressing the challenges faced by today’s manufacturing companies, for instance supporting their agile transformation journeys with software technology.

Erik Veedfald is a Lead Release Train Architect for Arla Foods. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. He has spent many years as an automation engineer, including owning his own company - Veedfald Electronic Aps in Denmark. Erik was key in getting Arla Foods back engaged with OMAC after an absence of several years. He completed his engineering degree from Aarhus University in 2006. He is a certified SCRUM Master and IT Architect.
