OMAC’s OEE Implementation Guide

A team of OMAC End Users and OEMs created the OEE Implementation Guide to help OMAC members properly integrate their equipment to deliver accurate and meaningful OEE data. This guide provides information on what OEE is, how these metrics are calculated, when they should and should not be used, and how to directly leverage the PackML State Model to properly capture OEE.

Whether using OEE for Site Acceptance Testing or as a deliverable for an end user, this document gives recommendations on exactly which signals are required to give an accurate picture of OEE on a line and identify the different ways that OEE can be calculated depending on the audience.
