OMAC Technical Advisory Board (TAB)

Purpose:

The primary purpose of The OMAC Technical Advisory Board (TAB) is to advise the OMAC Board of Directors (BoD) on the organization’s technical direction, strategy, objectives and goals.

Technical Advisory Board Structure:

Each OMAC Corporate Member will be entitled a seat on the OMAC TAB. Corporate members will be offered the opportunity to identify and assign a representative from their respective organization/company to serve on the TAB. This opportunity is solely the benefit of Corporate Membership, and will last the term of one year or the length of time the organization/company remains a paid corporate member of OMAC.

Scope of Responsibility

The OMAC TAB will serve as an advisory function to the OMAC Board of Directors. It will focus on the “technical” aspects of OMAC operations and its working groups advising on matters relating to:

• Technical direction of the organization
• The strategy associated with achieving technical objectives and goals
• Technical objectives and goals of the organization
